The first of our monthly shows of mesmerising music and enchanting activity for you and your little ones is here! Babies’ Adventures in Music (BAM) presents magical concerts of voice and a host of gentle instruments – diatonic harp, ukulele, accordion, all played by Sam Frankie Fox & Ricardo Santos Rocha – to soothe and excite babies of up to 18 months of age with families and friends. Join us to celebrate music from around the world - with songs in various languages and gentle movements – in a safe, family-centred environment.
Session details
Performances are 30 minutes long, with session slots at 11am and 1pm.
A little request – we normally provide some cushions & blankets for audience members, but due to COVID safety measures we will be unable to do this, so please bring your own for extra layers of comfort!
Please leave plenty of time to arrive at this event. The performance will take place in the mac main theatre - this is a large space with circulated air and we will be implementing some social distancing measures to keep everyone as safe as possible. If you or your family feel unwell or have had contact with anyone with COVID-19 symptoms, please do not attend the event.
These shows mark BAM's return to concerts following lockdowns over the past year and a half – in which time we have recorded and released an album of original and traditional songs and tunes. This will be available to purchase on the day.
